It's located in Documents/Square Enix/Just Cause 3 folder, just copy the entire folder some where safe. As for fixing your game right now, the only thing you could try is restart your PC and see if the save is seen the next time you start JC3. Other than that I have backups of my saves from different places as I progressed.
Autosave causing stutter. Just Cause 4. Hi. You'll lose stuff like bookmarks and cookies and other things (generally, unless that's been fixed in other editions of windows I haven't used) when resetting. #2.
I just lost around 60% of story (played it in one sitting). While repetetive the game can be fun but god im not playing through literaly entire game again. I tried running both Epic and JC4 in administrator mode but it saved the game once at 13% completion but not ever again even tho save icon was shown.

Thanks! Didn't even think of that lmao. Thats an issue with most Games but especially in the Just Cause Series. Hopefully that fixes it, please let me know if it worked. Perhaps 70 fps is too high. Try 60 FPS or try using a different route to complete the mission.

1 disable the cloudsaving. 2 start a new game. 3 set the cloudsaves on again while ingame. 4 save the game or pass a checkpoint (manual save is better). It will then resync the new game progress when you quit the game. I likely went through that process as well now that you mention it.
