In general cut off roads are a sign of either the wrong load order in the mod manager or an incompatible map combo. I don't know that particular mod combo. Just try to arrange as many maps as you can find in the recommended order. I guess for Promods, Promods Middle East, Rusmap and PM-RM Connection there is a documented order.
